1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been used to fund your account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet in your own name. me88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6.2 All accounts must complete the me88 KYC verification process before any withdrawal is approved. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but will not have withdrawal functionality enabled.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 me88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions.

7.2 Bonus funds are credited to a Player's account as a separate balance. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Any winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the permitted withdrawal threshold prior to meeting wagering requirements may be forfeited.

7.3 me88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred to Players who have accepted the promotion in good faith.

7.4 Abuse of me88 promotions — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts to claim promotions, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

8. Gaming Rules

8.1 All games and betting markets available on me88 are governed by individual game rules published within each game or betting product. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating.

8.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or any error affecting a game round or bet settlement, me88 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. No further compensation is payable in such circumstances.

8.3 me88's decisions in respect of game outcomes, bet settlement, and dispute resolution are final, subject to the escalation procedures set out in Section 16 (Contact) of these Terms.

8.4 Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body. me88 uses reliable data sources and reserves the right to postpone settlement pending official confirmation of results.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the me88 platform:

• Registration of more than one account per individual;
• Use of the platform by persons under 21 years of age;

• Collusion, match-fixing, or coordination with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;

11. Limitation of Liability

11.2 me88's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 me88 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 me88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice where practicable. In cases involving suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory obligations, suspension may be immediate and without prior notice.

12.2 Upon closure of an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any verified cash balance remaining in the Player's wallet will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.3 Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting me88 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with me88's Responsible Gaming Policy.

13. Responsible Gaming
